What is your return policy?
An embroidered item can be returned if there is a mistake by us or the item is defective. Please, notify us within 7 days. FlyinNeedle Embroidery will replace this defective item. Embroidered items cannot be returned for size issues.
How soon can I receive my order?
After the artwork has been approved and order has been placed by customer, the order should be completed within 10 days, depending on the size of the order. Customer will be advised if time frame is longer.
I can’t find what I’m looking for – what now?
If there’s an item you can’t find here on our site, please browse our complete product catalogs. If you still can’t find what you are looking for, please call or email us. We have access to many vendors.
Can I request a sample of an item?
Yes, we charge the regular price, plus a $7.00 shipping charge for both ways. When the item is returned (within 15 days), you will receive a full refund. We understand ordering from a catalog isn’t the same as actually trying something on.
How do you ship your products?
FlyinNeedle Embroidery uses UPS or USPS, whichever is more cost effective. No P.O. Boxes, please.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is a 12 Piece minimum. Under 12 pieces require a $25 setup fee.
Can I have names embroidered?
Yes, Text name drops are $10.00. If it’s in addition as a secondary logo the fee is $4.00.
How can I make sure I order the correct size?
We have a few fitting guides that will make that easier for you.
Can I bring in my own garments for embroidery?
Yes, we will be glad to embroider your purchased items. If your logo needs to be digitized, there is a $25.00 fee and a per piece fee depending on the size of the digitized item.
How do I approve my new logo?
Our dedicated art specialist will digitize your logo insuring it's the right shape, size, and color for the product you choose. We will then capture an image of the logo for your approval. This digital image will be emailed to you and takes about 3 days. If you prefer to actually see the sew-out, we will mail it to you. Nothing gets embroidered on your apparel until you approve the sewn-out logo.
What kind of file format should I submit my logo to you in?
Most formats can be read, but .jpg, .tiff, .bmp , .eps(Illustrator), .psd(PhotoShop) or .cdr(CorelDraw) logo. The higher resolution the better. Send us what you have and if it isn’t readable, we will let you know.
Can you match my logo colors exactly?
We will make every effort to make a close match. Of course, nothing will get embroidered without your logo approval. You can view the available thread colors here;
What size logos can you embroider?
Most left chest logos are no larger than 4 inches high and 4 inches wide. Logos for caps are usually no bigger than 2.50 inches high and 4 inches wide. The smallest text that can be embroidered is .25 tall. Any text smaller than that does not embroider well.
Can I get more than 1 logo embroidered on the same item?
If there is an additional logo, there will be a one time $25 set-up fee to get the logo digitized. If it is just text, there is no set-up fee. The second location fee is $4.00.
What is digitizing or set-up?
The most important part of any embroidery job begins with the designer or (sometimes called a digitizer). Their job is to take your logo or design and convert it into a series of stitches. There is a one time fee of $25. This fee is waived with a $350 order. A set up fee is a charge for any order under 12 pieces. When using a logo already on file the setup fee is only $10.
